Yeow Boon Ng is the Founder and Principal of Axxiora Advisory. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across national security, public safety, science and technology, policy, operations, and organisational capability development.
Before founding Axxiora, he served as Deputy Chief Executive (Development) of Singapore’s Home Team Science and Technology Agency, where his responsibilities encompassed the development of advanced capabilities across artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, science, and engineering systems.
He previously held leadership appointments in the Singapore Police Force and the Ministry of Home Affairs, working across policy, legislation, joint operations, and technology strategy.
This combination of strategic, technical, and operational experience enables him to advise leaders on more than what a technology can do. His focus is on where it matters, how it can be adopted, which partnerships are required, and how organisations can translate intent into sustained execution.
